You retain full ownership of any content you process with ToolStop. Because most tools run locally in your browser, we usually have no copy of your content at all. For AI tools that send a prompt to a third-party model provider, you grant us the minimal licence needed to relay that prompt and return a response.
5. Intellectual property
The ToolStop name, logo, design, and source code are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use the Service for personal and commercial purposes, but you may not copy our branding or pass the Service off as your own.
6. Free service & no warranty
ToolStop is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Always keep a backup of important files before processing them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolStop and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed USD $50.
8. Third-party services and links
ToolStop may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as AI model providers and ad networks). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
9. Changes to the Service
We may add, remove, or change tools and features at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms — material changes will update the "Last updated" date and, where significant, be highlighted on the homepage.
10. Termination
We may suspend or block access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or otherwise abuses the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the ToolStop operating entity is based. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
